I was most impressed to see a Ferrari F40 on the road. I'm not 100 percent sure it was an actual F40 (it was getting dark and it could have been a Fiero kit car for all I know), but I'm sticking with the story that it was an actual F40 for now.
There were a lot of Ford Flexes on the road. The funny thing here is how many I noticed in rural North Carolina. I thought these things were supposed to be in short supply at rural dealers?
Tons and tons of hot rods were cruising up and down I-77 in North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. It's very cool to see well cared for old cars on the road. I know there are more comfortable and luxurious ways to rack up the miles, but it's great fun to see something built in the 1930s or 40s rolling down the road.
Have you seen anything fun on the road lately? Let me know in the comments section.
