Read Rusty Blackwell's comments on driving the 2008 Toyota Corolla.

2008 Toyota Corolla Front View

I agree with Marc on all counts. Other observations: The traction control won't stay off if you spin the tires much, so in snowy conditions, you have to keep toggling it off to keep moving - a big pain in the butt. It looks decent/sporty, particularly for a Toyota. The clutch engages quite high and takes more adjustment than most stick shifts to drive smoothly. The dashtop plastic is nice, but the similar-looking-but-rock-hard door-panel plastic isn't as much so. Good fit and finish overall. It's a nice small car, but almost $23K is pretty steep.
