Read Jason Cammisa's comments on driving the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS.
It's surprising how much I like this car. Not fast, but the shifter/gas/clutch combo is fantastic -- shifts are smooth and fluid. Steering feel is excellent... really excellent, in fact. The interior is okay, don't care much for the touch-screen Nav system, which looks like an afterthought (but isn't since it displays climate control stuff) and is a little tough to use. Gorgeous exterior styling, though the rear spoiler is a little much on this one. I cannot WAIT to drive the Evo if the regular Lancer is this good. Can't believe how much I didn't like it last time and how much I did this time. Who knew? [Funny how both Sam and I said the same thing here...]
