2008 Cadillac CTS(-V?) Spied Right From Our Office

Spy photography is getting way too easy these days. We snapped these shots of the '08 Cadillac CTS right from our office window as two cars-one disguised, one undisguised-sat below us on a street in downtown Ann Arbor. Sure, we've all seen pictures of the car from recent auto shows, but it's always nice to actually see one out in the wild, under rainy Michigan skies rather than perfectly placed showfloor lights. We just wonder why they decided to sit right outside our office-are they trying to get some attention?

From the angle we saw the undisguised black CTS (see below) you can definitely see inspiration from the Sixteen concept in the C-pillars. They're edgy, but elegant at the same time. We weren't able to run out in time to hear them drive away, but we think the disguised car could be a V-8 powered CTS-V. Just look at the side skirts that flare out in front of the rear wheels. The regular car doesn't have those. And those fenders are awfully flared, too.
